तो आइए जानते है की किस परिस्थिति में हमें इसकी सबसे ज्यादा आवश्यकता होती है। यदि हम किसी property या premises को rent पर लेते है। तो प्लेस ऑफ़ business के लिए हमें Rent Agreement और Electricity मिल जाता है। And यहाँ पर हम Noc/Consent Letter का इस्तेमाल एक additional documents के रूप में कर सकते है। लेकिन यहाँ पर compulsory नहीं की हमें Noc/Consent letter चाहिए ही।
लेकिन यदि property हमारी हो या हमारे किसी रिस्तेदार की हो। अब यहाँ पर property हमारी हो का तात्पर्य यह है की property तो हमारी ही है। लेकिन वह father, mother या brother के नाम पर हो। तो ऐसी परिस्थिति में हमें Noc/Consent letter की आवश्यकता होती है। क्यों की property हमारे father या brother के नाम पर है। तो हमें rent तो देना नहीं है। तो यहाँ हमारे पास रेंट एग्रीमेंट तो होगा नहीं। तब हम अपने father या brother या अपने relative से Noc/Consent letter ले लेंगे।
