आज हम बात करने वाले है Self Authorization Letter Format . Authorization लेटर है क्या? और इसका इस्तेमाल कहा पर और कैसे करेंगे। लेकिन ध्यान देने वाली बात यह है की यहाँ पर हम केवल और केवल Authorization लेटर for Icegate registration के बारे में बात करेंगे।तो सबसे पहले जानते है यह लेटर है क्या?

What is a Self Authorization Letter?

Icegate रजिस्ट्रेशन के case में इस लेटर यह बताया गया होता है की। Icegate पोर्टल पर जो भी डाक्यूमेंट्स और जो भी required डिटेल्स चाहे वह पर्सनल या किसी firm/company का जो कुछ भी अपलोड करते है। वह पूरी तरह से सही होता है। ICE-GATE web portal under the provision of Custom Act के सभी रूल को फॉलो करते हुए डिटेल्स देते है।

How Many Types of Self Authorization Letter Format Icegate?

Icegate में जब रजिस्ट्रेशन करते है तभी इसकी जरूरत हमें होती है लेकिन सभी case में इसकी requirement नहीं होती है।

In Case of Proprietorship Firm -;

जब हम proprietor फर्म का रजिस्ट्रेशन करते है तो हमें वह पर किसी भी तरह की authorization लेटर की जरुरत नहीं होती है।अगरआपको यह जानना है की इस point में हमें किन-किन डाक्यूमेंट्स की जरूरत होती है तो इस डिटेल्स को जरूर देखे।

In case आफ़ Partnership or Company-;

पार्टनरशिप या कंपनी के case में हमें authorized लेटर कीजरूरत होती है जिसमे दोनों पार्टनर्स और डायरेक्टर्स के sign होते है।साथ ही साथ फर्म या कंपनी का स्टाम्प भी लगाना जरुरी होता है।

In case of HUF-;

HUF के केस में भी हमें लेटर की जरूरत होती है। यह पर self authorization लेटर को सबमिट करने की जरूरत होती है। यहाँ पर मै आप सभी को Self authorization letter का format प्रोवाइड कर रहा हूँ  टेक्स्ट फॉर्म में। बस यहाँ पर आपको Karta का नाम और फर्म का नाम चेंज करना है। बाकि की डिटेल्स same होंगी। Date आपको अपनी जरूरत के हिसाब से ही रखना है।

                                       AUTHORIZATION LETTER

I ABC Karta of EFG GLOBAL on behalf of the Firm to sign, execute, move, file/upload necessary documents & information, give statements, furnish undertakings, and do all the necessary actions required for registration in the ICE-GATE web portal under the provision of Custom Act by the firm and to do all such activities, things and to execute deeds incidental/consequential there too including all the necessary correspondence.

  11. i have tried many attempt i cant get the ice gate registration. please suggest me
    Reason For Rejection :Applicant needs to particularly authorize for ICEGATE registration in the authorization letter and should be signed by majority of directors.

    We are a partnership firm based in Delhi trying to register on the ice gate website. But we’ve received an error which states that “Applicant needs to particularly authorize for ICEGATE registration in the authorization letter.”
    Could you please provide us with the format so that we can finish up our registration?
